This is a final
prototype of the magazine with folds and final cuts that will contain, so the
printer can determine which pages belong to the same sheet of paper, thus

VARNISH
The varnish forms a film
on the surface on which it is applied which is comparable to the laminating
process. Unlike other coatings which are dried by the evaporation of some
components or penetration of these, particularly the varnish film is formed by
chemical bonding mechanism.
The irradiation process
is completed in very short periods, sometimes in fractions of a second.
The liquid varnish is
extremely sticky and smelly. . It is necessary to submit the varnish to a
process of sedation to give gloss that characterizes it.
The varnish is typically
used in the graphic arts and allowing bright and elegant finishes on surfaces
where it is applied.
Furthermore, the varnish
has a number of advantages, among which are:
- Maximum brightness
- Low odor once they are
applied UV
- Fast drying after
applying UV
- Finished senior
- Resistant to water,
grease and dirt
- Protects better
surfaces
- The process of UV
irradiation is extremely fast
- After irradiation can
continue with other processing
